An articulated heater for indirect heating of water, especially in boilers. It consists of ceramic beams of a circular section, inside of which the heating spiral passes. It belongs to the most widespread types of heaters. It is designed for placement into a horizontal metallic pipe, some designs may work in the vertical position. It is made in an ever growing number of designs, which may differ practically in all parameters. The most usual types of heater termination and connecting outlets are stated in the sketch, regular produced diameters [mm] are 48.5; 48; 45; 42; 36; 26; 25; 24; 22; 20; 18; 16, and others. The stated tables represent the beginning of the list of made designs.
