Heating of water and similar liquids

The heating element consists of three heating branches, which are mounted into a nickel-plated steel flange with six fixing openings Ø 13 mm on a circumcircle Ø 158 mm.
The flange at models 101 – 107 and 301 - 307 is equipped with a cover with gland GP 21/18, thus providing protection IP 42.
The outer surface of the cover is protected by fire lacquer.

The heating element is intended for direct heating of water and similar liquids. The heating element must be permanently immersed in the liquid up to the flange
during operation. Operation pressure up to 1.0 MPa.
For heating elements type 4034 models 007, 107, 207 and 307, a support is recommended, due to their length. For this purpose, an opening of Ø 8.5 mm is
provided at the centre of the rear sheet.
In case of excessive deposition of lime scale (incrustations) on the sheath during operation, it is highly recommended to provide water treatment – this will
contribute to a longer lifetime of the element.
