Heating of injection moulds fro plastics
TYP 4320
The strip heating element for moulds consists of the heating parts, which are mutually connected to contact pins protected by a protective gaiter. The grid connection is performed using a cable with an instrument extension. Surface protection is performed using a water soluble protective paint. The actual heating element is protected on the surface with insulating material and an aluminium shell for higher efficiency.
The strip heating element is designed for heating the pressing moulds for plastics up to the maximum temperature of 180 °C.
