Die Ausführung mit winkligem Anschluss mit Drahtumflechtung ist entweder mit Leitern mit einer Glasfaserisolation mit erhöhter Temperaturbeständigkeit bzw. mit einem Siliconkabel bestückt. Die Metalldrahtumflechtung dient zum Schutz der Leiter insbesondere vor mechanischer Beschädigung, ganz besonders bei Biegungen über Kanten sowie vor Durchscheuerung.
