Heating element for electro-thermal heat exchanger in wagons of ranges WL, WR, BRcm and others. Resistance up to 20 seconds course without water. Heating part nickel plated, brass flange, porcelain head. Dielectric strength minimum 7000 V, insulation resistance minimum 200 MOhm.
