Die Ausführung mit geradem Anschluss mit einer Drahtumflechtung ist entweder mit Leitern mit einer Glasfaserisolation mit erhöhter Temperaturbeständigkeit oder mit einem Siliconkabel bestückt. Die Metalldrahtumflechtung dient zum Schutz der Leiter insbesondere vor mechanischer Beschädigung, ganz besonders bei Biegungen über Kanten sowie vor Durchscheuerung.
